Bridge structures are vital for majority of Sudanese due to the fact that they live besides rivers, valleys and inside islands. construction is faced by it extremely expensive. Cost such affected load which accordingly dictates required dead Loads from both superstructure substructure. In this analytical study a light bridge derived making use AASHTO principles. This practical data collected sedan cars, bicycles, motorcycles, motorcycles rickshaws, auto rickshaws pedestrian. The derivation yielded design composed lane vehicle; be applied simultaneously type bridges. loads controlled at entrance. different superstructures' systems, namely steel truss composite plate girder. A single pier over two piles substructure system chosen loads. case designed River Nile. results obtained showed tremendous savings in material cost. Relative normal highway bridges Nile, option reduces cost almost 60%.
